The Role

The founders spend too much time on contracts, signatures, follow-ups and research. You take all of it, so they can spend their time on customers and the company.

What You'll Own

Contracts: drafting, reviewing what partners send us, and getting them signed.
Research on competitors, partners and new markets, turned into short briefs before important meetings.
Emails, group chats and calls on the founders' behalf.
Small projects end to end, to learn to run big ones.

The Profile

2 to 5 years of experience, ideally from a top business school. More is welcome when the track record justifies it.
Smart, fast and organised: research in the morning, a contract by lunch, a partner call in the afternoon.
At ease with contracts and legal documents.
Comfortable representing Hub on calls with partners.
Fluent English, spoken and written.
AI native: agents are how you research, draft and operate.
Big sense of ownership. Every project you touch is yours until it's done.

Nice to Have

French, spoken and written. A big plus.
You run an always-on personal agent (e.g. Hermes Agent).

Tools and Stack

Frontier models and deep research agents for market and company research.
Agents that triage inboxes and group chats and draft the first reply.
Your own agent setup, so the founders' right hand has a right hand too.

We meet a major services marketplace tomorrow. Research the company and prepare a 5-minute brief.
We need to sign an affiliate partner that owns 60 mechanic shops. Think of the terms, draft the contract and get it signed.

What We Offer

$33,000 to $39,000 yearly base, depending on profile.
Remote, or from our Paris or São Paulo office.
