ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll work directly with hospitals and clinics to deploy and refine enterprise-grade systems. These include AI-driven patient communication and triage, agent orchestration systems, and secure healthcare data layers with low-latency voice and video.
This is a hands-on, Python-heavy role focused on building and scaling distributed systems and solving complex, high-impact problems.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Senior engineering experience
5+ years building complex, production-grade systems.
Systems builder
Experience turning ambiguous requirements into scalable solutions.
AI / domain experience (optional)
Background in healthcare, AI, or agentic systems is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Architect and scale AI agents for healthcare applications
Work on systems involving LLMs, reinforcement learning, and agent-based architectures
Collaborate with a small team to ship and iterate quickly
Solve high-impact problems including system performance and clinical accuracy
