About the role
What you’ll do:
Own the DACH market with full accountability for growth and execution
Lead cross-functional country initiatives across sales, partnerships, product, and operations
Identify and unblock local challenges - from go-to-market to operational friction
Build and develop a strong local ecosystem (customers, partners, institutions)
Establish relationships with key industry bodies (e.g. Chambers of Commerce like BVMW)
Act as the face of Minerva in the market - representing the company externally
Launch and test strategic local initiatives to unlock growth
Work directly with founders to shape and evolve the DACH strategy

Growth is driven by relationships, trust, and local presence.
Partnerships and ecosystem-building are the primary levers. Success comes from figuring things out, not following a rigid playbook. Speed, ownership, and initiative matter more than structure.
Requirements:
Experience in SaaS / tech (GTM, sales, partnerships, or growth roles).
Strong entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating with ambiguity.
Proven ability to build from scratch and take ownership of a market or initiative.
Experience working cross-functionally (sales, ops, product, marketing).
Strong relationship-building skills and executive presence.
Experience with outbound / direct customer engagement.
German + English required.
Nice to have:
Experience in DACH market.
Background in construction / infrastructure / industrial sectors.
Experience working with institutions, associations, or partnerships.
Early-stage / startup experience.
KPIs:
Partnership-driven pipeline and revenue.
Strategic local initiatives launched and scaled.
Institutional relationships established (e.g. associations, industry bodies).
Overall DACH market growth (co-ownership).
Compensation & setup:
€5,000–€8,000 base (depending on seniority).
Commission + upside tied to market performance.
ESOP included.
Berlin, hybrid (WeWork + office coming Q3).
Min. 1 day/week in office.
German employment contract (no B2B).
6-month probation.
