About the role
- Build across the company's stack, including APIs, data pipelines, agent tooling, and interfaces.
- Ship features end-to-end across the backend, data, and frontend of the organization's agent platform.
- Design and build integrations with customer systems, APIs, and legacy platforms.
- Partner with product and operations teams to transform real insurance workflows into reliable software.
- Write clean, well-tested code and take ownership of the systems you build.
- Participate in code review, technical design, and on-call duties as the team grows.
