A Warsaw-based startup building the personal AI category - not entering an existing market, but creating a new one. Their product is an always-on AI agent that handles the mundane tasks of everyday life: groceries, appointments, job hunting, and whatever else gets in the way of living well.

By 2027, they believe everyone will have a personal AGI working for them around the clock. They're building it now, from Warsaw, with Silicon Valley intensity.

The founding team is 3 people. They're looking for the next one.

About the Role

As a Founding Engineer, you'll be one of the first technical hires shaping the core product and infrastructure. You'll work on hard, unsolved problems at the intersection of agentic AI and consumer software - with full ownership and no permission required.

This is a 6-7 days a week, 10-12 hours a day role. The team is explicit about this. If you want to build a global, rapidly growing company without moving nine time zones from home, this may be your best shot.

What You'll Work On

Scale the infrastructure that lets AI agents operate reliably for millions of users
Build state-of-the-art agentic UX
Create observability, benchmarks, and evals for trillions of tokens
Ensure every token delivers maximum value at minimum cost
Build and maintain cutting-edge integrations with WhatsApp and iMessage
