About the role
Join Ingenix.AI as a Senior AI/Bio Scientist or Senior AI/ML Lead to contribute to the development of the Model Fusion Platform. This platform aims to simulate clinical efficacy and safety using multi-scale, multimodal AI. The role involves moving from data to step-by-step reasoning in applications such as Translational Medicine and Clinical Trial Design.
Key responsibilities include:
- Model Fusion Development: Develop novel model architectures by integrating generalist foundation models (e.g., LLMs) with expert biological models for complex predictive tasks.
- Technical Excellence: Build and deploy robust, reproducible ML/AI pipelines using tools like Python, PyTorch, and HuggingFace, and define the featurization process.
- Interpretability & Reasoning: Drive the model interpretability agenda to create transparent, step-by-step reasoning, which is central to the product vision.
The role is ideal for a scientist with exceptional ML imagination and technical proficiency, capable of conceiving, designing, and implementing cutting-edge models to fuse diverse modalities.
