GPS fails. In contested airspace it's jammed, spoofed, and gone. When it disappears, most drones are blind. Ours are not. We build the module that lets a drone navigate by what it sees, no satellites required. It's already flying with leading aerospace manufacturers and defense agencies in Europe, in places where nothing else works. We're a small team out of Toulouse doing hard things fast. About the role

This is not a traditional operations job.

You'll work directly with the founders and take ownership of the systems, decisions, and details that keep the company moving. Your job is simple: remove friction, solve problems, and make the company operate faster.

The scope is intentionally broad. One week you might coordinate an international flight-test deployment, the next you might build the monthly financial picture, prepare a NATO or European funding application, solve a supplier issue, or help structure a major company decision.

Some work will be strategic. Some will be highly operational. You need to be equally comfortable preparing information for investors and making sure a payment, shipment, or hotel booking happens exactly when it should.

You'll be given real responsibility early. We expect you to notice what needs to be done, figure out how to do it, and own the result. You won't wait for perfect instructions, and you won't measure your contribution by how impressive the task sounds.

We're not hiring for years of experience. We're hiring for judgment, energy, reliability, and rate of learning.

Key responsibilities

Act as the right hand of the founders, taking operational load off their plate and independently driving important company problems
Coordinate travel, logistics, equipment, and preparation for customer visits, flight tests, demonstrations, and international deployments
Support the company's financial operations, including budgets, payments, salaries, expenses, and cash tracking
Build and maintain clear financial and operational reporting for the founders and investors
Support applications for grants, European projects, NATO programs, and other public funding opportunities
Manage purchasing, suppliers, deliveries, and other operational dependencies across the company
Build simple, scalable internal processes as the company grows, and automate repetitive work where it makes sense
Support customer and partner operations when coordination is needed across commercial, technical, and administrative teams
Take ownership of unexpected operational problems and drive them to resolution

Minimum qualifications

Fluent French - this is mandatory
English at or near fluent level, written and spoken
High energy, proactive, and genuinely willing to own both the interesting work and the repetitive work
Organized and reliable, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable juggling many different tasks, switching context quickly, and working with incomplete information
Comfortable with numbers and basic finance, and willing to learn the rest
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow problems through to completion
A bachelor's degree is enough - a background in business, economics, finance, engineering, or management is a plus

Preferred qualifications

Exposure to startups, fast-paced environments, consulting, operations, finance, or project-based work
Experience with grant applications, public funding, or European or defense programs
Familiarity with accounting, financial modelling, or spreadsheets
Experience coordinating suppliers, logistics, projects, or external stakeholders
Interest in defense, deep tech, aerospace, or robotics
A third language

What you might work on in your first year

Coordinate the operational side of an international flight-test campaign, from equipment and travel to customer requirements and on-site logistics
Build the financial dashboard the founders use to track cash, spending, budgets, and upcoming commitments
Take a European or NATO funding opportunity from initial research through to a complete submission
Build the operational process that takes an order from purchase order to hardware delivered and invoiced
Solve an unexpected supplier, logistics, or administrative problem that is blocking the team, then turn the solution into a process so it doesn't happen twice

Logistics

Full-time. On-site in Toulouse, France, close to the founders and the team. Junior individual contributor level. Because we serve defense customers, some work may be subject to export control or clearance requirements depending on the program.
