Founding Product Engineer

About the Company

With the rise of increasingly capable AI models, security has never been more critical. We're building the infrastructure needed to get AI working effectively to protect and defend the most critical institutions from attack - constructing the world's first superintelligent cybersecurity operating system, utilising AI-native primitives and novel research including LLM Zero Knowledge Verifiers (ZKVs).

About the Role

This is not a UI cleanup role. This is not a "we need someone to maintain the frontend" role.

You will own the entire product surface - UI, API, and the agent-powered features in between. In your first six months, you'll help push the platform to deliver on an existing customer pipeline, while helping shape the architecture and product decisions that will define the company for years to come.

What You'll Do

We run a lean, fast-paced culture that demands and facilitates high-output, high-ownership work. A typical week might include shipping new UI features, designing APIs for enterprise customers, collaborating with the AI team to turn model outputs into trusted product features, and conducting desk-side interviews with users. More generally:

• Own the product surface end-to-end: UI, API, and the agent-powered features that connect them.

• Design and build robust, secure web applications capable of handling enterprise traffic.

• Collaborate closely with AI engineers to integrate research into production-grade features.

• Build developer-friendly APIs with strong RESTful design principles.

• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions - component design, state management, performance.

• Think deeply about how AI-generated code should be handled in the software development lifecycle.

• Architect solutions that enterprise customers can rely on for security and compliance.

• Ship fast, iterate with users, and maintain high quality standards throughout.

What We're Looking For

Core:

• Strong full-stack engineering skills - comfortable owning both frontend and backend.

• Track record of shipping high-quality product in fast-paced environments.

• Experience building and designing APIs (RESTful principles, security, performance).

• Ability to work with our current stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js, with some Rust on the backend; hosted on Azure.

• Comfortable with cloud infrastructure - Azure or AWS/GCP, including containerisation with Docker.

Nice to have:

• Experience building products that integrate with AI/LLM APIs (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) in production.

• Background in cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise SaaS.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) or CI/CD (GitHub Actions).

• Prior founding engineer or scale-up experience.

• Degree in Computer Science or related field from a leading institution.
