Supply Operations Poland
About the company
We are the world's first AI-native physical commodity trader. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to sustainable materials - and this mission is progressing fast in our first domain: recycled plastics.
We work closely with industrial manufacturers through the full procurement cycle, making sustainable material options an easy choice. With our AI-native approach and proprietary trading technology, we offer the widest selection of recycled plastics on the market.
We're a Helsinki-based startup with 15 employees across Helsinki, Berlin, and Stockholm, backed by Lifeline Ventures and SpeedInvest.
The role
Join the Supply team to find, validate, and deliver recycled plastics to our growing customer base across Europe. You'll own supplier cooperation, grow our supplier pool, build strong relationships, and ensure efficient delivery of high-quality materials.
You'll also help shape our platform alongside the Product team - providing operational expertise to make our service faster, smarter, and better.
What you'll own
Growth & Pace - you are the main driver, together with the Sales team, of revenue growth; you are Supply owner for key accounts and projects
Supplier Relationships - build long-term business relationships with material suppliers; know partners' teams, materials, and production operations inside-out; ensure high two-way trust and efficient delivery
Purchasing & Negotiation - ensure high standards of service and quality assurance alongside competitive pricing; excite partners to go the extra mile to meet our standards and service demanding customers
Product Management - support our software developers with your operational context to make our service even more stellar, our pace of growth faster, and your own work easier
Occasional travel to visit supplier partners and meet them at trade fairs is expected.
