About the role

We're hiring a Configuration/Deployment Specialist (SharePoint) to support a large EU agency, delivered through a long-term Framework Contract for IT consultancy services. This is a long-term engagement based in Warsaw, Poland, with occasional travel to other locations for on-site delivery.

The role

You'll support the agency's ICT team across application build, integration, deployment, and environment management, with a strong focus on SharePoint and the SharePoint platform's ecosystem of tools.

What you'll do

Support the ICT team in application build, integration, and deployment - both backend and client devices (mobile, PC)
Support the ICT team in system environment management and configuration
Support the project team in system testing
Monitor and analyse system functioning on a daily basis
Monitor system performance and health
Report and coordinate technical issues related to system environments
Coordinate and communicate with system vendors/contractors on technical issues on behalf of the ICT team
Support ICT staff and project teams in deploying development environments in Azure

Logistics

Location: Warsaw, Poland, with travel to other delivery locations as required
Engagement: Specific Contract under a framework contract, with defined initial duration and renewal options
Personal Security Clearance required (level per tender requirements)
Selection includes interview and, where applicable, written test stages as defined by the framework contract
