- Experience managing large engineering teams
- Aspiring toward a future CTO role
- Must be in the Warsaw office at least 3 days a week
- Responsible for the heads of all three areas
- Strongly supporting the CPTO
- Addressing the lack of good solution and engineering culture practices
- Aspiring toward a future CTO role

- Standardizing processes and preparing the organization for transformation
- Advising and taking end-to-end responsibility across all three areas
