- Track record of scaling companies through significant ARR growth
- Strong M&A experience
- Background in Big 4, banking, or PE-backed growth environments
About the role
We are hiring a Group CFO to join the board and lead finance, M&A, and capital strategy during this scale phase.
Responsibilities:
- Own group finance across UK, Germany, and Poland (FP&A, reporting, controlling, M&A)
- Lead financial strategy, capital allocation, and board/investor reporting (strategic partners)
- Execute and integrate M&A transactions (2+ acquisitions per year)
- Build scalable financial infrastructure to support rapid growth and consolidation
- Partner with CEO and leadership on strategic and operational decisions
