BDR / Account Executive (DACH)

Manage full sales cycle and client relationships in DACH region, requiring strong German skills and sales experience, with focus on scaling revenue and go-to-market efforts.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in end-to-end sales
  • High level of ownership and autonomy
  • Strong German language skills
  • Experience in DACH market is a strong plus
  • Ability to close deals

What you will be responsible for:
- Own the full sales cycle from end-to-end, including: Prospecting and lead generation, Qualification, Sales conversations, Closing deals
- Build and manage relationships with clients across the DACH region.
- Work closely with founders on sales strategy and execution.
- Contribute directly to scaling revenue and go-to-market efforts.

Nice to have:
- Experience in DACH market.
- Background in construction / infrastructure / industrial sectors.
- Experience working with institutions, associations, or partnerships.
- Early-stage / startup experience.

KPIs:
- Initial target: ~10 closed deals per month

Working Model:
- Preferred: office-based in Poznań
Alternative:
- onboarding period in Poznań
- hybrid / frequent travel afterwards
