The role

We're looking for a Broker Relationship Manager who will provide brokers with top-quality support, help Business Development Managers (BDMs) finalise business loans, and oversee smooth onboarding for new brokers. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, handling loan-related enquiries, and educating brokers on products, policies, and the company's Partner Portal. The Broker Relationship Manager will be the key link between brokers and internal resources, ensuring an efficient and effective lending process.

What you'll do

Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with brokers, ensuring open and responsive communication in line with the company's values and service standards
Support the onboarding of new brokers into the company's systems, ensuring a comprehensive onboarding experience that meets high standards
Work closely with BDMs on submitting and progressing business loan applications, ensuring smooth collaboration in support of client success
Support brokers with loan enquiries from prospective, new, and existing clients by gathering and organising key documentation to speed up the process
Collaborate with the Submissions, Credit, and Contracts teams to streamline lending processes for brokers and their clients
Collect and prepare client bank statements and related documentation for the Credit team, using subject-matter expertise to secure the best possible outcomes
Keep brokers regularly informed on the status of their applications and follow up on missing information as needed
