The role

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to drive the successful deployment of our solutions in highly constrained environments. You'll act as the primary technical point of contact for customers across Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia - leading engagements end-to-end, from pre-sales to post-implementation.

This role reports into the COO organisation (which covers all Go-To-Market functions).

What you'll do

Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, leading engagements end-to-end
Drive successful delivery of solutions in highly constrained environments, including on-premise and air-gapped deployments
Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Adapt solutions to real-world operational needs, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial teams
Design, structure, and continuously improve deployment processes and methodologies
Support end users in adopting the product and maximising its value, including working closely with them on initial use cases

What you bring

4+ years of experience, including in technical environments with strong operational or regulatory constraints (on-premise, secure or air-gapped systems)
Strong technical acumen with a genuine interest in both software and hardware systems
Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, including senior interlocutors
Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and designing in high-stakes, regulated environments
Fluency in English and Polish (Ukrainian proficiency is a plus)

Bonus:

Experience in public sector, defence, or internal security
Experience working on AI-native products or systems
Entrepreneurial or early-stage experience
Experience bridging software and hardware systems
