Head of GTM
About Hub
Hub provides real-world training data for physical AI and robotics - partnering with frontier AI labs and robotics companies on the data their next models need.
The role
As Head of GTM, you own Hub's relationships with frontier AI labs and robotics companies, from market insight through signed contract. You'll shape who we go after, build the outreach that reaches them, close the deals, and manage the SDRs turning pipeline into revenue.
What you'll do
Gather market insight - tell us what the labs want now, and what they'll want in a year.
Build our list of ICPs and identify the champions to target inside each company.
Create the outreach strategy to reach them, starting with your own warm network.
Close deals, negotiate contracts, and maintain the relationship long after signature.
Manage our SDRs and turn their pipeline into revenue.
What you bring
5+ years of experience, including a previous role in sales at a data collection/annotation/labelling company, or in data procurement at a robotics lab (mandatory).
Based in San Francisco, in the Valley for 5+ years, active in the local event circuit.
Native or fully professional English, spoken and written.
A strong existing network across AI labs and big tech.
Enough technical fluency to talk to a research lead about what their next model needs.
Strong cold-outreach skills for when the warm network runs out.
A track record of negotiating and closing complex contracts, with numbers to show for it.
Disciplined CRM hygiene - a pipeline that's always clean and current.
Comfort working AI-natively: using agentic workflows to map the market, research accounts, and prep deals.
High ownership over your deals, numbers, and relationships.
Genuine interest in the frontier of AI and robotics.
Bonus
Experience at a company that sold egocentric data.
You use Hermes Agent or a similar always-on personal agent.
Tools and working stack
Frontier models and agents for market mapping, account research, and deal prep.
A CRM clean enough to forecast from.
Agentic outreach for cold; your own network for warm.
Your own agent setup, working the pipeline around the clock.
Recruitment process
A short application, read by the founders - they start with your handles: LinkedIn and your sales track record.
One conversation, then a task drawn from the real work (e.g. figuring out how to reach a target lab, or what data to build from an available contributor pool).
A working session where we watch how you break down the problem, what you measure, and how you verify your own work.
A final conversation, with an answer targeted within 48 hours.
How to apply
Send a short application in your own words: the achievement you're most proud of, your professional handles (LinkedIn, links, etc.), and your sales track record - did you hit quota, and what's the total revenue you've generated?
