  • Assist in structuring secured and unsecured loans, ensuring compliance with lending policies.

  • Prepare clear credit assessments and provide input into credit decisions.

  • Support the monitoring of portfolio performance and highlight potential risks or trends.

  • Assist with hardship assessments by analysing customer circumstances and proposing solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity across systems.

  • Collaborate with senior underwriters and contribute to process improvements within the team.

What you bring

  • 2-3 years' experience as a Credit Analyst, Junior Underwriter, or in a similar credit or financial services role.

  • Strong ability to analyse financial information and assess SME credit risk.

  • Exposure to secured and unsecured lending is desirable.

  • Skilled in interpreting financial statements and credit reports.

  • Experience in alternative lending or non-bank financial services is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and commercial judgment.

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in German and English (both required). French is an advantage but not essential.
