Who we're looking for

Engineers - AI/ML, backend, full-stack, DevOps, product engineers. You've shipped fast, worked in small teams, and care deeply about what you build. Startup experience, serious open-source contributions, or a track record of solving genuinely hard problems.

GTM talent - Account Executives, BDRs, Heads of Sales, Growth. You've sold or marketed technical products - ideally in DACH, UK, or CEE. You know the difference between pipeline and noise, and you close.
