The opportunity

We're recruiting for a leading multinational consultancy seeking a Business Value & Industry Senior Consultant in Bucharest. This is a business-led advisory role for someone who can connect strategic priorities with measurable outcomes from cloud, data and AI transformation. You'll help senior clients understand not just what technology can do, but why a transformation makes commercial sense and how to measure its impact.

What you'll do

Facilitate executive value-discovery workshops and identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency, customer experience and operational performance.
Build investment cases, ROI and total-cost-of-ownership models, including assumptions, scenarios, risks and dependencies.
Define business outcomes, KPIs, benefit owners and value-realization plans.
Shape transformation roadmaps, executive presentations and commercial proposals.
Collaborate with cloud architects, data/AI specialists and business stakeholders to translate technology options into credible business decisions.
Help clients track benefits during program delivery and make informed investment priorities.

What we're looking for

8+ years in management consulting, strategy, business transformation, corporate finance, performance improvement or industry advisory.
Strong financial modeling, business-case development and benefits-realization experience.
Credible knowledge of at least one industry and the ability to apply it to client challenges.
Excellent executive communication, workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
A practical understanding of cloud, data and AI-enabled change; deep hands-on engineering is not required.
Fluent English; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Nice to have: an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
