We are looking for a Founder’s Associate / Head of Operations to help build and scale this platform from the ground up.

- Introduce processes, reporting, and operational structure

- Identify inefficiencies and implement process optimization
- Coordinate across operations, finance, and management teams
- Help build the operating system of a growing industrial group
