About the role
What you'll do
Design, build, and evolve full-stack systems across Handle's agent platform, from data layer to UI
Architect scalable services that process thousands of insurance workflows daily, reliably and at speed
Set technical direction and raise the bar on code quality, testing, and production reliability
Mentor teammates and help build a strong engineering culture as the team scales
Participate in on-call rotation and take end-to-end ownership of production systems
What you bring
6+ years of professional software engineering with a track record of shipping products
Deep experience with modern stacks — TypeScript, React/Next.js, Python, or similar
Fluency in designing, operating, and debugging systems in production
Experience building with LLMs, agent frameworks, or AI-native products — side projects count
Solid grasp of relational databases, data modeling, and API design
Excellent written and verbal English communication
