What we're looking for
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Experience managing a sales team
- Experience selling to SMEs in Poland is a plus
- Availability in Warsaw (hybrid work)
About the role
We are looking for someone who will build and lead a sales process that combines a Product-Led Growth model with direct customer interaction. This is a hands-on role — you will be deeply involved in sales, optimize the conversion funnel, and then build and coach the team (currently 3 full-time employees).
What you will do:
- Define and structure the sales process from inbound lead to payment (demos, webinars, lead qualification).
- Manage the inside sales and outbound teams.
- Experiment with channels such as cold calling, outbound email, webinars, and 1:1 demos — and decide what to scale.
