The programme covers enterprise information systems spanning HR and asset management, financial processes, and grant-agreements management, with a strong focus on integrating systems and data platforms.

The role

You'll work as part of a large development team (10+ engineers) as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team - modelling processes, eliciting requirements, and driving continuous process improvement across the programme.

What you'll do

  • Model and document value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data

  • Elicit and analyse business needs, requirements, and user stories

  • Support product owners during requirements definition and manage requirements through the systems lifecycle

  • Translate business needs into business requirements specifications

  • Support business cases and feasibility studies

  • Contribute to design, testing, QA, and change management activities

  • Design, validate, and test business processes for process excellence

  • Coach stakeholders on process changes and drive continuous improvement

  • Communicate project objectives and scope to stakeholders

  • Perform quantitative cost-benefit and what-if analysis

  • Plan organisational change and support strategic/tactical planning and transition roadmaps

  • Implement performance-monitoring systems

What you bring

  • Enterprise information-systems background, ideally in HR/asset management, financial processes, or grant-agreements management domains

  • Prior BA experience on projects integrating systems and data platforms

  • Solid SQL and data-analysis skills

  • At least 3 years as a BA on a large system, working alongside a development team of 10+ engineers

  • 8+ years overall IT experience, with 5+ years in a similar BA role

  • Level 6 education (an ICT degree is not mandatory)

  • English at C1 level

  • At least two of: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent, Certified UML Professional (foundation), BPM2 fundamental or equivalent

  • Comfortable with BPMN and UML notations (capability, activity, state, and logical data model diagrams) and tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or Aris Architect

  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Logistics

  • Location: Warsaw, Poland - near-site, no travel foreseen

  • Engagement: long-term framework contract, ~42 months

  • Workload: 220 person-days/year for the initial term and first two renewals, then a shorter final renewal

  • Selection process: interview-based assessment (no written test)
