What you’ll do
Own product + tech end-to-end
Build AI agents (LLMs, workflows, automations)
Integrate with messy, real-world systems (CRMs, APIs, legacy shit)
Ship fast → talk to users → iterate
Shape architecture from day 0
Help define what this category even is
You
3-6 years engineering experience
Backend-first, but can go fullstack when needed
You ship. A lot.
Comfortable with chaos, zero hand-holding
Use AI tools daily → you’re already 10x faster because of it
Startup mindset (ownership > comfort)
Warsaw preferred
