About the Company

We're an early-stage, VC-backed startup building AI agents for the European residential real estate market - a massive, underserved category. Our founders have done this before, having scaled a similar playbook to a $2.2B valuation. You'll build from zero rather than optimize legacy systems, and help define what this category even is.

About the Role

As our Founding Engineer, you'll own product and technology end-to-end and shape the architecture from day 0. This is a real shot at a CTO / co-founder path, with direct founder access and no layers in between. What You'll Do

• Own product and technology end-to-end

• Build AI agents using LLMs, workflows, and automations

• Integrate with messy, real-world systems - CRMs, APIs, and legacy stacks

• Ship fast, talk to users, and iterate

• Shape the architecture from day 0

• Help define a brand-new category

What You'll Bring

• 3-6 years of engineering experience

• Backend-first, with the ability to go full-stack when needed

• A strong track record of shipping - a lot

• Comfort with ambiguity and minimal hand-holding

• Daily use of AI tools (you're already 10x faster because of it)

• A startup mindset where ownership beats comfort
