Telepatia AI is a healthtech company on a mission to transform healthcare in Latin America and beyond. Born at Stanford and built by doctors for doctors, our platform introduces AI Healthcare Employees that work invisibly inside clinical workflows - transcribing consultations in real time, generating structured medical records, offering evidence-based decision support, and integrating seamlessly with any current health system - all without disrupting the physician's flow.

You'll turn vague product bets into answers - fast: define it, build the smallest thing that produces real signal, run it against real users, and make the call. What you prove decides what Telepatia builds next.

What you'll do

Take a product idea from ambiguity to a validated hypothesis in days, not quarters. Design the smallest thing that produces real signal, build it, run it, and make the call
Kill ideas early. "This doesn't work, here's the evidence, next" is often the most valuable output of the week
Build MVPs fast without building throwaway - the prototypes that survive become products
Work the whole stack of a product: models, services, data, and whatever thin interface tests the idea. No spec handed to you, no handoff away from you
Collapse hard problems into simple ones. That's the skill this role is really hiring for

What you bring

A senior 0→1 track record: products you owned from idea to shipped, not projects you contributed to. You can describe a bet that paid off and one you killed
Extreme bias to action. Given a week and a vague problem, you produce something running, not a document
Judgment on what to fake, what to hardcode, what to skip - and what has to be right on day one, because in a clinical context some corners cannot be cut
Full-stack range with real depth in AI: strong Python and enough command of backend, data, and lightweight frontends to ship alone, with the AI layer as your strongest suit
AI-native: you code with AI tools daily and get real leverage from them
Fluent in English
