About the role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to define the user experience for AI-powered enterprise healthcare platforms used by hospital executives, operators, auditors, and clinical leadership teams. This role is primarily focused on designing internal operational and intelligence systems, such as the organization's "CEO Dashboard," protocol auditing platforms, clinical insights layers, and AI-assisted operational tooling, rather than doctor-facing consultation workflows.
You will design the interfaces that allow healthcare institutions to interact with complex AI systems naturally, transforming massive amounts of clinical, operational, and behavioral data into intuitive, actionable decision-making tools. This is a highly strategic, systems-oriented role at the intersection of AI, healthcare operations, and enterprise software.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll help define how healthcare institutions interact with AI systems at scale. You will design operational intelligence platforms that transform complex clinical, behavioral, and institutional data into intuitive, high-leverage decision-making tools for executives, auditors, operators, and clinical leadership teams.
You will:
- Design AI-native enterprise workflows for healthcare operations
- Architect dashboards and operational intelligence systems used by hospital leadership
- Transform dense clinical and operational datasets into intuitive interfaces
- Design “Human-in-the-Loop” AI validation and auditing/backoffice experiences for health enterprises
- Create UX patterns for AI-generated insights, recommendations, and protocol deviations
- Work side-by-side with engineers to design technically scalable systems
- Help define interaction paradigms for AI-assisted enterprise software
- Design workflows resilient to ambiguity, edge cases, and user error
- Conduct deep workflow immersion with operators, auditors, and hospital teams
- Influence how institutions understand physician behavior, protocol adherence, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to the evolution of our design systems and AI interaction frameworks
