About the role
The AI Adoption Manager will serve as an internal champion, working hands-on with teams across the organization to identify, design, and scale AI-powered solutions that enhance everyday work efficiency and impact. This role is positioned at the intersection of AI expertise, internal consulting, and process improvement, acting as the go-to person for teams seeking to improve their processes with AI.
Responsibilities include:
- AI Consulting, Expert Support, and Implementation Across Teams:
- Partnering with various business teams (product, sales, customer success & support, and marketing) to identify tasks and processes that can be improved through AI and implementing AI-powered workflows.
- Automating repetitive processes to allow teams to focus on higher-value work.
- Prototyping new AI use cases and proof-of-concepts across the organization.
- Supporting the integration of AI tools into existing systems and daily processes.
- AI Enablement & Education:
- Training employees on AI tools and best practices tailored to their specific roles.
- Conducting internal workshops and demos to showcase new and emerging AI capabilities.
- Building and maintaining a library of prompt templates, playbooks, and ready-to-use workflows.
The role requires a hands-on practitioner who actively uses AI tools in their daily work and can bring that energy into a growing, international organization. The AI Adoption Manager will have a real seat at the table, shaping how the entire international organization works with AI, collaborating with teams across multiple brands and countries, and enjoying high autonomy and full ownership of their initiatives.
