This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of transactions, work closely with leadership, and play a key role in shaping investment strategy within smaller, high-growth markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute M&A transactions from origination through closing
Conduct comprehensive due diligence, coordinating internal and external stakeholders
Identify, evaluate, and engage with potential target companies aligned with investment strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, management teams, and advisors
Support deal structuring, negotiations, and investment committee materials
Contribute to market mapping and proactive sourcing initiatives
Candidate Profile
Background in top-tier consulting (MBB), investment banking, or private equity
Proven experience in transaction execution and due diligence processes
Strong financial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to operate in a forward-deployed environment with high autonomy
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building trust quickly
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in working in smaller markets and fund-driven contexts
