~31% of global GHG emissions originate from food-related activities. For the first time in history, climate performance has become an overall business performance indicator. Enterprises are mandated by regulatory bodies to disclose their climate performance, leading to increasing pressure from investors, competitors, retailers, and consumers to reduce CO2e emissions.

We raised >€10M in funding in our first two years, launched our enterprise product, signed and onboarded some of the largest F&B players in Europe, and built what we believe is the best-suited early-stage tech team in Europe. Today we are the #1 primary data collection platform for dairy in DACH - AI-enabled at the core and driving the AI transformation across the food and agri world. The next chapter is bigger.

The role

Your mission: build on top of Europe's #1 primary data collection platform and bring it to new heights - new markets, new commodities, ready for action.

You will own our core product line end-to-end. Today it is the leading platform in Europe for collecting farm-level data at scale. Tomorrow it needs to be the foundation that powers the next decade of agricultural decarbonization - ready for action, expanded into new commodities, and live across new geographies in Europe.

What your job will look like:

Own the product line end-to-end - from discovery to delivery to ongoing maintenance; you decide what gets built, when, and why
Lead an engineering and design squad - set the pace, manage tradeoffs, keep the team focused; routines, rituals, prioritization are on you
Prioritize across competing demands - customer escalations, internal stakeholder asks, methodology updates, expansion bets; make the calls that move the needle and communicate them clearly
Go deep on methodology - calculators, data sources, agricultural emission factors; the product is only as good as the science underneath; you will become one of the most knowledgeable people in Europe on how farm-level emissions get calculated
Drive expansion into new markets and commodities - run discovery in new geographies, pressure-test the offering with local customers, decide where to double down and where to pull back
Make it action-ready - data collection is the foundation; reduction is where customer value compounds; shape how our primary data product becomes the launchpad for everything we build on top of it
Ship - time-to-customer-value beats perfection; builder mentality is non-negotiable

What you bring

2-3 years of product management experience, ideally at an early-stage B2B SaaS company that shipped at a high pace
Strong prioritization - you can hold customer escalations, internal stakeholder asks, and long-term bets in your head simultaneously and decide what gets done first, communicating those decisions clearly to engineers, designers, customers, and leadership
Comfortable leading engineering and design - you know how to keep a squad moving, when to step in, when to step back; you can hold a productive conversation with both an engineer and a designer in the same hour
Some technical understanding - you don't need to write production code, but you can reason about systems, data models, and feasibility tradeoffs
Appetite to go deep - you get curious, not bored, when the conversation turns to calculators and data sources
Builder mentality - you'd rather have something live and imperfect than perfect and unshipped
AI-fluent - modern AI tools are part of your daily craft for discovery synthesis, prototyping, writing, and coding; you also have a point of view on how AI reshapes the products we build
Bonus: a genuine interest in farmers, agriculture, or the food system
