About the role
Head of Sales Germany (SaaS)
We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our regional sales organization during a key growth phase.
This role is for someone who is a true sales leader — not just a manager — with strong commercial instinct, high standards, and the ability to build performance culture.
The Role
You will:
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives
- Drive predictable revenue growth through structured execution
- Improve pipeline quality across inbound and outbound channels
- Elevate sales discipline, forecasting, and performance management
- Support complex, consultative sales conversations with mid-market and enterprise customers
- Partner closely with CRO and executive team on strategy and regional expansion
- This is a leadership role focused on team productivity, coaching, and execution excellence rather than individual quota carrying.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in SaaS sales (non-negotiable)
- Experience as a first-line sales leader (e.g., Sales Director / Regional VP)
- Strong background in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to build credibility quickly with customers and senior stakeholders
- Natural commercial instinct and strong closing capability
- Comfortable operating in a scale-up / growth environment
- High ownership, high standards, and strong coaching mindset
- We’re not looking for a corporate caretaker. We’re looking for someone who wants to build, improve, and elevate performance.
Ideal Profile
- Currently leading a regional SaaS sales team
- Used to ACVs in the mid-to-high five-figure range
- Experience managing 3–8 direct reports
- Strong presence in face-to-face enterprise conversations
- Growth mindset and ability to drive change
