About the Role

We're building one of America's leading AI-powered financial wellness platforms - a full-stack money coach helping people build, manage, and grow their financial lives. We're a fast-scaling consumer fintech and we're hiring a Chief of Staff who is equal parts strategic operator and data-driven analyst.

This is not a coordination role. We've been looking for the right person for a while because we need someone who will come in, own our data infrastructure, and move the company forward. You'll assess what tools we need, whether we have the right team in place, and build the analytical foundation that drives every major decision. You'll work directly with senior leadership and be hands-on from day one.

What You'll Do

Own our data operations end-to-end - audit current tools and processes, identify gaps, and build the infrastructure we need to operate at scale
Lead AI adoption across the business - identify where AI can eliminate toil, improve decision-making, and accelerate growth; then make it happen
Drive operational excellence - streamline processes across finance, product, marketing, and data; ensure the business runs with clarity and speed
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership - setting priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring decisions get made and executed
Synthesise financial and operational data into clear briefings, investment-style analyses, and board-ready materials
Own the operating rhythm: planning cycles, OKR tracking, and cross-team alignment
Identify gaps and blockers across teams - resolve them directly or ensure the right people do
Partner with finance and data teams to monitor business performance and ground every decision in insight

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, private equity, or a data-heavy role in a high-growth SaaS or consumer tech environment
Hands-on experience working with large datasets and a genuine comfort with analytical tools - you've been in the weeds, not just reading summaries
Strategic mindset - you understand the bigger picture and connect your work to business outcomes
Strong opinions on data tooling, AI workflows, and operational processes - and the credibility to back them up
Exceptional communicator - able to distill complex analysis into clear narratives for senior stakeholders
Execution-oriented - you don't just identify problems, you fix them
Based in the U.S., Arizona preferred
