Head of Growth
About us
We're one of the leading OTAs in Poland, with 18 years in the market and significant room to grow. We've also built some of the most competitive AI tools in the travel industry, along with one of the most popular Polish mobile travel apps.
The role
We're hiring a Head of Growth to push this further. This is a lead role for someone who has done it before in Poland: someone who understands why Polish travelers actually choose one OTA over another, what builds trust in this market, and how to translate that understanding into bookings, revenue, and share.
This is a full-stack growth role with end-to-end ownership of every channel that drives commercial outcomes, and accountability for the number at the bottom of the page.
What you'll own
The full growth P&L for Poland: bookings, revenue, CAC, LTV, contribution margin
Every paid and organic acquisition channel: Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, SEO, ASO, affiliates, comparison sites, email, app
Brand and PR in Poland, measured by what it does for the funnel, not by reach for its own sake
Conversion rate and funnel performance, in close partnership with product
Local partnerships and distribution deals that actually move the needle: airlines, banks, telcos, media, loyalty programs
A team of marketing specialists ready to implement your strategy across the board
What the first 12 months look like
Month 1. Where are we losing? Brand consideration? Funnel? Pricing perception? Distribution gaps? Channel mix? Come back with a thesis and a plan.
Months 2-6. Execute. The two or three highest-leverage bets. Rebuild whatever needs rebuilding. Kill what isn't working.
Months 7-12. Compound. A working playbook, healthy unit economics, and a team that can run it without you in the room.
Who you are
Non-negotiable:
You have grown a company or a brand in Poland: meaningfully, measurably, and recently. You can point to specific numbers and specific decisions you made.
You understand Polish consumers at a level no international hire ever could - the difference between what tests well and what actually converts here, why certain creative falls flat, which voices and influencers move money versus the ones that just move impressions, and how trust is earned in a market that is rightly skeptical of brand promises.
You think in P&L, not in awareness. You've run paid media against revenue targets and can read a CAC payback curve as fluently as a creative brief.
You've managed a small team and made them better.
Strongly preferred:
Background in travel, e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech, or another high-consideration category
Comfort with analytics tools and a working relationship with data
Experience inside or alongside an international company operating in Poland
You're probably not the right fit if:
Your strongest channel is "brand" and you measure success in earned-media impressions
Your Polish-market experience is mostly translation and localization rather than building from a Polish-first instinct
You'd rather set strategy than ship work
What we offer
A market that is genuinely winnable, with a product that already has traction and loyal customers
Real budget and real autonomy: you set the strategy and you own the outcomes
A senior team and short decision cycles
Competitive base plus performance bonus tied to the metrics you actually control
Fully remote work
