The Role

As a Talent Strategist, you own client hiring success end-to-end. You're the person a client trusts to take a role from kickoff to a signed offer - running the process, managing the pipeline, and making sure everyone involved (client, candidates, TechTree's sourcing team) stays aligned and moving fast.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with your assigned clients, acting as their main point of contact for the search
Own candidate pipelines for every role you run
Lead the hiring process end-to-end, holding a high quality bar at every stage
Run calibration calls with clients and translate feedback into clear, usable hiring scorecards
Keep candidate notes, materials, and documentation accurate and client-ready throughout
Drive interview scheduling, feedback loops, and stakeholder alignment to keep processes from stalling
Close out projects and deliver hires - you own the success fee on every placement
Stay accountable for delivery quality, process clarity, client experience, and final hiring outcomes on every project you run

Compensation

Requirements

Experience running full-cycle recruitment processes, ideally with direct client or stakeholder exposure (agency or in-house)
A track record of managing client relationships and leading calibration/scorecard conversations
Strong pipeline management and process discipline - you keep things moving without cutting quality
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable being the face of a search to founders and C-level stakeholders
High ownership mentality - you treat every project like it's your own to protect
