Founding Forward Deployed Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking a hybrid engineer, problem solver, and customer advocate to join as a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer. This is a high-impact, foundational role where you serve as the primary technical bridge between our most strategic customers and our core engineering team. As a founding member of this function, you will help define this team’s culture, processes, and future hiring. Our vision is to build a platform that allows customers to gather, secure, and contextualize all their SDLC data. Your job is to make this vision real inside customer environments—often with Fortune 500, financial institutions, or highly regulated organizations. This is not a traditional Solutions Architect role.

You will:
- Code daily
- Build POCs
- Implement complex integrations
- Contribute production Go code
- Support customers directly
- Shape the product strategy through feedback
- Act as a strategic early warning system, spotting patterns, risks, and needs before they escalate.
