We are the AI platform for data. We bridge corporate data into a single intelligent layer and let people use AI agents to ask questions, build dashboards, generate reports, and create automations in plain language, against their live data.

Our customers are traditional, regulated enterprises with real data silos and overwhelmed data teams. Names you know trust us: Siemens, UBS, Nvidia, Telefonica.

We are early. The core is still being shaped, and you would join with the ownership and upside that comes with that.

What an FDE does here

An FDE is a product engineer who owns a customer's outcome instead of a slice of the roadmap. You build our product while making customers succeed.

Bridge - build production-grade pipelines, agents, integrations, evals, and the glue that makes a customer actually profit from our platform
Close - engage with end-of-funnel prospects and build quick, convincing PoCs that prove we can deliver what we promise
Build - when the platform can't do what a customer needs yet, build it; flag what belongs in core; automate our own work so we can serve more customers with the same team
Embed - know the customer's pain deeply and work side by side with their team, within their real constraints: PII, governance, DORA, GDPR; keep every output verifiable

A typical week splits roughly 40% customer work, 40% improving the core product, and the rest across the usual chores.

Who we're looking for

We're an AI-native Data Platform. For this role we need either a data engineer with a track record building AI agents, or an AI engineer with a track record working with data and data platforms.

Above hard skills, we need:

Product engineer first - you ship production software end to end (Python, SQL, data tooling) at a high bar; around 5+ years, but maturity beats tenure
Data-fluent but ROI-focused - you can move between engineering, data, and AI, but you've internalised that ROI is all that matters, not buzzwords
A stochastic-systems mindset - you understand that AI systems return different answers each call, and you design, test, and eval accordingly
Great with people - you'll run discovery, sell ideas, handle disagreement, and translate between engineers and non-technical stakeholders; this has to come naturally
Ambiguity native - vague goal in, tangible outcome out; you thrive in the pace and chaos of an early startup

Four conversations, each testing something specific:
