About the role
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Presales Engineer to join our growing team. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of software architecture and enterprise sales.
You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end sales process for advanced deep-tech solutions, working closely with internal technical teams who will support demos and help close deals. Your focus will be on building relationships, moving opportunities forward, and ensuring long-term client success.
This is a fully remote role based in Poland, with an international scope.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiations, and renewals
Sell complex deep-tech products to enterprise clients across international markets
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and lasting relationships
Drive Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives and oversee successful client implementations
Deliver compelling technical presentations and follow-ups tailored to client needs
Collaborate with internal teams on demos and technical validation
Identify customer challenges and propose architecture-driven solutions
Keep opportunities progressing and ensure predictable pipeline movement
Requirements
Fluency in English (C1+), both written and spoken
Proven experience in technical sales, presales, or solution engineering
Strong understanding of software development and programming concepts
Solid knowledge of software architecture, particularly microservices and cloud-based solutions
Experience selling complex technology products to enterprise organizations
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Self-driven with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
Background as a Software Engineer or Solutions Architect
Experience selling internationally
Familiarity with deep-tech environments
