About the role
The role of Founding Engineer involves designing and shipping infrastructure that transforms market data, execution, and quantitative logic into modular agents running live strategies across various platforms. The work encompasses real-time data pipelines, execution engines, risk systems, Web3 integration, and AI-assisted research workflows. The engineer will be responsible for prototyping quickly and finding clean solutions for complex financial problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own the agent orchestration and runtime engine, focusing on asynchronous and distributed systems.
- Deploy and scale services on AWS, utilizing Docker, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
- Connect to exchanges and data sources through API/websocket integration and streaming.
- Implement market discovery dashboards on the platform.
- Manage platform integration with Web3 solutions, including wallets and on-chain data.
The position requires working four days a week in the Warsaw office.
