Telepatia is building the future of mobile-first healthcare in Latin America. We're a fast-moving, founder-led team operating across São Paulo, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Santiago, and Mexico City - and we're looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the evolution of our mobile experience.
About the Role
As Product Manager, Mobile, you'll work directly with founders, design, engineering, and operations to build intuitive, high-impact features that improve engagement, retention, and user outcomes. You'll own the mobile product roadmap end-to-end - from discovery and experimentation through to launch and iteration.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product intuition with analytical rigour and has experience shipping consumer-facing mobile products in fast-paced environments.
What You'll Do
Own the mobile product roadmap and prioritise initiatives based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
Define product requirements and work closely with design and engineering to deliver high-quality mobile experiences
Analyse user behaviour, product metrics, and feedback to identify growth and optimisation opportunities
Drive the full product lifecycle - discovery, experimentation, launch, and iteration
Collaborate with operations, growth, and customer-facing teams to understand pain points and improve the user journey
Establish and track key product KPIs: activation, engagement, retention, and conversion
Champion a user-centric approach to product development and decision-making
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably building mobile-first products
Experience working closely with mobile engineering teams (Flutter, iOS, or Android)
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product and business metrics
Ability to translate customer insights into clear product requirements and execution plans
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership
Nice to have: experience in HealthTech, consumer apps, marketplaces, or high-growth startups
