Programmatic Sales Analyst - Revenue Automation
The opportunity
Join the team responsible for monetising the ad inventory of one of Poland's largest online publishers. You'll own the data layer and analytics automation across its advertising ecosystem - giving the team confidence that every decision is based on verified, trustworthy numbers.
The role
As Programmatic Sales Analyst - Revenue Automation, you'll connect raw data in columnar databases (ClickHouse, Trino) with the day-to-day work of the business. You'll wire up data pulls from SSP platforms and Google Ad Manager via API, automate recurring reports, set up revenue anomaly alerts, build reliable Python pipelines, clean up metric definitions, eliminate discrepancies between reports and keep the Power BI dashboards fed.
What you'll do
Automate settlements: Pull data from SSP platforms and Google Ad Manager via API, reconcile sources and deliver settlement reporting with no manual copy-pasting.
Automate reporting and alerts: Automate the team's daily, weekly and monthly reports and set up alerts for revenue anomalies.
Power the dashboards: Maintain and automate the data feeds behind the Power BI reports used across the whole department.
Own the shared data layer: Develop and maintain reference queries, metric definitions and dashboards, together with the person responsible for methodology.
Simplify processes: Map who calculates what and from where, remove unnecessary steps and fix discrepancies between reports.
Build internal tools: Create and maintain internal tools and pipelines, including ones powered by AI assistants.
Enable self-service: Help the team work with data independently through documentation, ready-made templates and answers to "where do I get this data?"
What you bring
3+ years of experience as a data analyst, BI analyst or similar.
Very strong SQL, including on large volumes (ClickHouse, Trino, Hive, BigQuery or other columnar databases).
Python for automation: working with REST APIs, data processing and scheduled scripts.
Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Superset, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
A habit of documenting and double-checking your numbers before they go further.
Independence: you find the data source yourself and propose the solution yourself.
Working English (API documentation, contact with partners).
Nice to have:
Experience in advertising, programmatic or e-commerce (SSP reports, Google Ad Manager, Prebid).
Experience with ad platform APIs or the Google Ad Manager API.
Daily use of AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar).
Git and job orchestration (Airflow or similar).
Basic statistics for A/B testing.
