Be the architect of a category-defining roll-up - buying, integrating, and supercharging recruitment firms across Europe using AI infrastructure that makes them 3-5x more productive from day one.
What we're looking for
- Deal origination with SME targets: owner outreach, relationship-building, pipeline management
- Post-LOI legal and financial DD: coordinating advisors, managing data rooms, surfacing and resolving issues
- Financing: experience working directly with lenders, structuring debt packages, or engaging venture/mezzanine financing
- Earnout structures and professional services M&A experience are a meaningful differentiator
This role suits someone fundamentally entrepreneurial - someone who has built things, taken personal risk, and knows how to get a deal done with limited resources and without relying on institutional infrastructure.
You’d be joining at the exact moment TechTree transitions from proving the model to scaling it - building the roll-up engine from the ground up. This is the kind of early-stage inflection point that creates outsized outcomes for those who shape it.
Our goal is to build the next-generation recruiting firm focused on tech talent (including executive-level roles), consolidating the recruitment industry in the way Uber transformed personal transport. We plan to complete 10-15 acquisitions over the next three years.
This role offers a fast track to the CFO position for the successful candidate.
