What we're looking for
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering
- Proficiency with at least one of our core languages (Python or TypeScript)
- Experience building and shipping AI products end-to-end
- Comfort working across the stack - frontend, backend, infrastructure
- Ability to work directly with customers or non-technical stakeholders
About the role
- Build and ship core product features across our stack, including Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, event-driven systems, and third-party integrations.
- Own the lifecycle of product development: work directly with customers to understand their needs, scope solutions, and deliver outcomes.
- Move quickly when necessary: know when to create a minimum viable product (MVP) to deliver value rapidly and when to invest in scalable foundations.
- Implement best practices in all areas, such as testing, documentation, reliability, and security, and assist others in doing the same.
