About the role
What you'll do
Own operations end-to-end across our residential community portfolio
Build and enforce processes that actually scale — no bureaucracy, just what works
Work directly with founders to shape the operational playbook from scratch
Interface with residents, vendors, and partners — fix the real-world mess
Integrate AI tools into operational workflows → be the bridge between tech and ops
You
Hands-on experience managing residential communities (not broader real estate — specifically HOA)
Background in consulting (M&A, PMI, process design) or ran your own operation before
Hungry. Ambitious. Higher education. Ideally 30–40, but a younger rockstar works too
High ethical standards — you care about how the work gets done, not just whether it does
Already using AI tools in your daily work → you see the potential, not the threat
