Role Overview:
- Seeking a hands-on, data-driven Growth Marketer to manage user acquisition efforts across paid channels.
- Focus on day-to-day campaign management, testing, optimization, and scaling.
- Directly manage paid acquisition campaigns, analyze performance, iterate on creative and targeting, and test new ideas for efficient growth.
- Ideal for someone who enjoys being in the platforms, moving fast, and owning results end to end.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Own day-to-day campaign setup, optimization, testing, and scaling.
- Monitor and optimize performance across KPIs including CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC.
- Run structured tests on audiences, creative, messaging, bids, and budgets.
- Identify performance trends and take action quickly to improve results.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop and iterate on ad creative based on performance insights.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion paths.
- Manage and maintain accurate attribution and measurement using tools such as Singular.
- Ensure data integrity across channels and use attribution insights to inform budget allocation and testing priorities.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels, formats, and tactics to unlock incremental growth.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and scale what works.
- Execute acquisition campaigns within the constraints of the finance and credit space, ensuring compliance with platform policies and regulatory requirements.
