What we're looking for
- Experience as AE in SaaS / tech
- Previous BDR/SDR experience
- German + English required
- Experience selling into construction / infrastructure (nice to have)
- Enterprise or partnership deal experience (nice to have)
About the role
What you’ll do:
Own full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, closing, upsell.
Convert ~15% of demos into customers (~15 deals/month).
Work closely with BDRs on pipeline.
Grow revenue within accounts.
How sales works here:
Communication is mainly phone.
Customers don’t respond well to long email sequences.
Speed and confidence matter.
Requirements:
Experience as AE in SaaS / tech.
Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals, handle compliance/DSGVO objections, and build financial ROI business cases.
Previous BDR/SDR experience.
Strong fundamentals: discovery, objection handling, closing.
German + English required.
Nice to have:
Experience selling into construction / infrastructure.
Enterprise or partnership deal experience.
Targets:
~15% conversion.
~15 closed deals/month.
ICP (who you sell to):
Construction & infrastructure companies (~70%).
€1M+ revenue.
Mix of new and experienced operators.
Compensation & setup:
€4,500 – €6,500 base, depending on seniority and enterprise experience
Commission: up to 100% of first subscription.
ESOP included.
Berlin, hybrid (WeWork + office coming Q3).
Min. 1 day/week in office.
German employment contract (no B2B).
6-month probation.

This is not a typical inbound-heavy SaaS motion - most deals come from outbound, demos, and direct conversations. You’ll be selling into a traditional market where trust and clarity matter more than polished decks.
