About the Role
As Bid Manager, you'll own the end-to-end management of RFP and tender submissions across public and private markets in the CEE region. You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and Leadership - coordinating inputs, writing compelling proposals, and making sure every submission lands on time and at the highest quality.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You'll work closely with regional sales leadership and the Growth team, playing a key part in scaling the company's enterprise and public-sector business.
What You'll Do
Own and manage end-to-end RFP and tender submissions across both public and private markets
Support go/no-go decisions together with Sales and Leadership
Coordinate inputs from Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and Leadership to deliver high-quality, compliant submissions
Structure and write compelling proposals that clearly communicate the company's value proposition, product capabilities, implementation approach, and commercial model
Ensure consistency and alignment across technical, functional, legal, and pricing sections
Monitor tender platforms and procurement channels for relevant opportunities across the CEE region
Manage clarification rounds, client Q&A, and post-submission follow-ups
Maintain and continuously improve bid templates, standard responses, and content libraries
Analyse bid outcomes and feedback to continuously improve quality and win rates
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in bid management, tendering, or RFP submissions - ideally in SaaS, PropTech, Real Estate, Facility Management, infrastructure, or enterprise software
Proven experience handling public and private tenders, including compliance-driven and evaluation-based procurement processes
Strong understanding of CEE and EU procurement frameworks; experience with public-sector or EU-funded projects is a strong advantage
Excellent written and verbal English (mandatory); second European language preferred, especially German; Polish or other EU languages are a plus
Ability to translate complex technical, product, legal, and commercial input into customer-focused, value-driven responses
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills - able to manage multiple bids in parallel
Commercial mindset with an understanding of pricing logic, value-based selling, and evaluation criteria
High attention to detail and quality, combined with the ability to work under tight deadlines
Experience building and maintaining bid libraries, templates, and reusable content
Proactive, ownership-driven profile - comfortable running bids end-to-end independently
Digitally fluent: comfortable with MS Office, CRM systems, and collaboration tools
Bachelor's degree or comparable education
