Account Executive
Account Executive to grow gastronomy accounts by selling a digital marketplace for chefs to order food directly from suppliers, focusing on relationship building and account growth.
What we're looking for
- Experience selling food products to HoReCa clients
- Understanding of food pricing and margins
- Proven track record of growing existing accounts
- Fluent Polish and good English skills
- Introduce the organization to chefs, restaurant owners, and F&B managers, convincing them to start placing orders using the platform.
- Own a portfolio of restaurant and other HoReCa accounts, focusing on growing them rather than just maintaining them.
- Visit clients regularly to walk the kitchen, understand their challenges, and identify where the organization can provide more support.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by asking the right questions and listening carefully.
- Build relationships with key individuals such as chefs, GMs, and procurement teams, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate closely with teams to turn client feedback into actionable input for the platform.
- Drive growth by ensuring as many accounts as possible are actively ordering.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade visits, and in-person meetings, leveraging your HoReCa credibility to open doors.
