Product Manager
About the company
We're building AI agents for high-stakes enterprise workflows. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join as a Product Manager and core member of the founding team, owning complex product and commercial problems end-to-end. You'll operate at the intersection of customers, technology, and business, partnering directly with the founders and engineering team, and helping shape the direction of the product as the company scales.
What you'll do
Own the lifecycle of core product initiatives from inception and discovery through to launch and iteration, partnering directly with engineering to ship world-class AI products.
Tackle unsolved AI problems by diving deep into complex challenges - figuring out how to build and scale agents for high-stakes enterprise workflows.
Get hands-on with AI: actively test and refine the product, applying prompt engineering, context management, and AI evaluations to make the technology useful.
Engage with customers directly to discover requirements, gather feedback, and become a trusted partner to their business.
Shape the product roadmap side-by-side with customers, founders, and the engineering team to scope new features and define direction.
What you bring
3+ years of experience in product management, software engineering, consulting, or a related role.
Exceptional product sense and user empathy - you can look past the surface of a feature request to uncover the root problem, distilling noisy feedback into high-impact product insights.
Technical curiosity - no CS degree or coding skills required, but you're comfortable communicating with engineers, testing prompts, and exploring the product's capabilities.
Customer obsession, with an ability to anticipate user motivations, pain points, and the specific value AI can deliver to their workflow.
Strong communication skills, using both qualitative and quantitative reasoning to explain ideas and decisions.
Based in Berlin, or eager to relocate.
Fluent English and German (required for our customer base).
Bonus: previous experience with AI/LLMs or B2B enterprise software; a technical degree (CS, engineering, etc.).
You'll thrive if
You love building fast and overcoming new challenges, energised by an ambitious, fast-paced environment.
You love working on 0-to-1 products, creating structure where there is none and defining the path forward.
You embody a "no task is too small" mindset - equally happy defining high-level product strategy or writing detailed tickets, debugging an edge case, or jumping on a sales call.
You love being in the office, working closely together as a team, and believe real-time collaboration drives speed.
What's in it for you
Ownership from day 1 - you're defining the product, working side-by-side with founders with zero red tape.
Grow with the company - as we grow, your scope and impact expand.
Shared upside - top-of-market compensation and generous equity.
Work on a mission that matters - helping save businesses and the public billions in waste.
