The role

The Customer Care Specialist is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our systems and databases to the highest standard. Leveraging strong communication, technical skills, and attention to detail, this role addresses customer enquiries and resolves issues in alignment with our mission - ensuring customer satisfaction and the integrity of company records.

What you'll do

Provide high-level customer service to all our customers through excellent communication skills.
Maintain all relevant systems and databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Utilise problem-solving abilities to offer suitable solutions to customers in line with our mission.
Assist with duties outside the normal scope, including contacting customers to recover funds as needed.
Collaborate with team members to support various business activities and ensure cohesive operations.
Uphold the company's reputation by delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining system integrity.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in a high-pressure environment working to deadlines.
Interest in developing a career in the financial services industry.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
Intermediate skills in MS Excel and Word.
Fluency in Polish and English (required).

Logistics

Location: Kraków, Poland.
Full-time.
Compensation: 60,000 - 132,000 PLN gross per year, depending on experience.
