About the Client
We're an international fintech lender on a mission to make funding faster and simpler for small businesses already operating in 11 countries. The role
The Business Development Manager is a key player in the growth and success of the company. This individual is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and leading cross-functional teams to drive revenue and increase market share.
What you'll do
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company's strategy.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of strategic plans to drive revenue and increase market share.
Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategy.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Analyse business data and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives and inform decision-making.
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to inform business development strategy.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proven track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
Fluency in Polish and English (required).

Location: Kraków, Poland.
Full-time.
Compensation: 102,000 - 348,000 PLN gross per year, plus performance bonus/incentive, depending on experience.
